With over 26 years’ experience in the construction environment, Brian Eaton has delivered over worth of projects in all market sectors under various types of contract formats. He has large complex project experience in active, urban campuses throught the nation. With a background in project planning, program management, project management, and self perform expertise, he has a proven track record of sagely delivering projects to the highest standards. Brian has been actively involved in all aspects of a project lifecycle – preconstruction, buy‐out, operations, staffing, legal and financial. He is a strategic thinker who has taken on various leadership roles throughout his career. He is most passionate about employee growth and leadership development and identifying a pipeline for talent.

SAFETY LEADERSHIP

Provide support to safety professionals to ensure a strong safety culture. Guarantee a secure site, good housekeeping, and proper safety signage. Participate in all hand’s safety meetings. Perform safety audits and participate in CSI’s, near miss program and hazard awareness.

OPERATIONS

Oversight of the entire construction effort to ensure constructability in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Assist project team with related technical and logistical functions and activities. This includes subcontractor planning and administration, scope defining, schedule and logistics coordination, budgeting and contract management. Oversight of schedule performance, ensuring a baseline schedule is in place, reviewing earned value metrics, and ensuring project teams are utilizing Lean Planning processes and workflow. Oversight and management of owner contract, procurement, project financial management, cash, project administration, productivity – self perform work, QA/QC, communication and relationships, people, labor management.
