John has a deep understanding of contract structures and billing processes across $1B+ of active construction projects. While at CSX, John had ownership of a $1.7B annual capital expenditures budget that included construction and maintenance of all buildings/facilities across their 20,000 mile network. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Northwestern University.
